INZA Group has developed a digital model for integrated risk management (smart information management) for the Clinical Center of “Serbia” in Belgrade. This BIM-AEC-MEP model includes the following phases: architectural and construction, HVAC, electrical, medical and non-medical disciplines, furniture, medical devices and equipment, electrical appliances and sanitary installations, security systems, energy efficiency, and façades.
Green Tower is a residential and commercial building that will be located in Sarajevo. The entire project will be managed through BIM — from the design phase, through construction, to facility maintenance. The commercial area is planned for the ground floor of the building, while the rest of the structure is intended for residential use.
